Nov. 2023 — The Dam Committee is pleased to report that the two new steel brackets are now in place, which will greatly facilitate managing water level. Lake is at normal winter level and being maintained at that level.
The Dam Committee is working on a plan to reface the concrete and open the middle spillway this Fall. They will then work on installing a system to facilitate the opening/closing of the spillways. In addition, they are working on obtaining grants to cover some of the expenses. A letter will be going out in August to all lake property owners with additional details, including anticipated water levels and timing.
